Administration Internship
The Erie Illusion is one of the leading organizations within the National
Women's Football Association. This program offers a special role within
the organization that will be important to the daily functions of the
team. The Administrative Intern will assist with aspects such as planning
and executing projects, assisting with data input, coordinating schedules,
as well as many other core team functions. This internship provides an
opportunity to take an active role in the operation of the team and the
opportunity to work alongside management.

Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations
Internship
This internship is an exciting opportunity for students. Because of the
growth in the women's football industry, it is vital to have and keep
a positive image of our team on a local and national level. PR, marketing,
and advertising will be the driving forces behind the success of the team.

Community Relations Internship
The Community Relations Internship offers a unique opportunity within
the organization that focuses on the community at large. Providing opportunities
for growth, development, and leadership is a vital part of this position.
The community is very important to the Illusion and this intern will be
an essential part of this relationship. The community relations intern
will go into the community and find opportunities for the Erie Illusion
to strengthen our community ties, work together on youth projects, and
more.

Events and Game Management Internship
This internship will give individuals the opportunity to contribute with
game presentation, documentation of game format, setup of game equipment,
ticket distribution and organization, and management of other Illusion
events and promotions. All areas of game day management and will be reviewed
throughout the internship. This internship will allow students to develop
new skills and get hands on experience with the management of games and
events. This intern will work closely with field organizers and game day
volunteers.
