Sports Administration, Sports Management, Sport and Leisure studies, other
majors may be considered.
Start Date: Will be coordinated with the school

Purpose: This internship is designed to expose college students to the processes involved with operating a professional football team.
Description: The Erie Illusion is one of the leading organizations within the National Women's Football Association. This program offers a special role within the organization that will be important to the daily functions of the team. The Administrative Intern will assist with aspects such as planning and executing projects, assisting with data input, coordinating schedules, as well as many other core team functions. This internship provides an opportunity to take an active role in the operation of the team and the opportunity to work alongside management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and initiative. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Multi-tasking skills. Detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Microsoft FrontPage, general knowledge of Quickbooks
